COVID-19 UPDATE - ORDERS & SHIPPING
Website is open as normal with orders shipping 5 days a week with NZ Post Couriers
We accept payment via the following methods:
Credit Card via Shopify
NOTE: Any order still unpaid after 7 days will be cancelled - no exceptions
Our standard shipping rate is $8 flat rate NZ wide for Non Rural, $12 flat rate for Rural deliveries (EXCLUDING EX-HIRE STOCK)
Orders over $100 receive free shipping (EXCLUDING EX-HIRE STOCK)
Please note that there are some items which are NOT covered by our standard shipping rates but these will be noted on the individual items (mainly ex-hire stock). Once you go through checkout shipping will be calculated on these items.
We use NZ Post couriers exclusively for shipping.
Shipping will take 1-3 days depending on where you are located (i.e. South Island orders will take longer than North Island). Rural delivery does add an extra 1-2 days. You will be sent a tracking number on dispatch of your order for tracing your parcel.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes
Flat rate shipping is for sales orders through www.theprettypropshopparties.co.nz ONLY - not valid for hire shipping through The Pretty Prop Shop
LOCAL/LAST MINUTE ORDERS: We welcome local pick ups, if you are happy to collect from our studio in Patumahoe (near Pukekohe, Franklin). There is an option at check out to select "local pick up".
Please note pick ups are only available at a mutually convenient time so please email first to check availability
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: Shipping is through NZ Post. Pricing starts at NZD15 and goes up by weight. Delivery time to Australia is approximately 5-10 working days, not including order processing time. You will need to add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart to work out the freight cost.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org with the list of items you wish to purchase and delivery address so we can give you a freight quote.
REQUIRE AN ORDER BEFORE THE WEEKEND? To guarantee arrival before the weekend please place your order by Tuesday Midnight for South Island orders and Wednesday Midnight for North Island orders

If for some reason your goods arrive damaged, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. In this circumstance, please email us to arrange a replacement or alternatively a refund.
If you have simply changed your mind we will gladly exchange it, you have 7 days to return the item for a refund - EXCLUDING courier costs. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or exchange refused.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
SALE / EX-HIRE ITEMS
All Discounted sale and Ex-Hire items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
